微軟OneDrive儲存空間轉變說明/Microsoft OneDrive Storage Space Transformation Explained
2.個人空間改變：從2024年2月1日起，每位Office 365 A1(本校目前的方案)的使用者最多只能有100G上限的OneDrive儲存空間，個人空間超過100G者，將不能再上傳資料。
3.請下載個人資料備份。
4.本校今(113)年3月重新簽約Office 365 A3方案，屆時會再公告 OneDrive空間的使用限制。

OneDrive空間的改變：
1.共同空間改變：從2024年8月1日起，每個學校網域將會只有100TB的免費共同儲存空間(pooledstorage)。包含OneDrive, SharePoint,與Exchange。(註記：封存的信箱並不在儲存空間限制範圍內)。
2.個人空間改變：從2024年2月1日起，每位Office 365 A1(本校目前的方案)的使用者最多只能有100G上限的OneDrive儲存空間，個人空間超過100G者，將不能再上傳資料。
3.請下載個人資料備份。

Alterations to OneDrive Capacity:
1. Shared Space Modification: Commencing August 1, 2024, each educational domain will be allocated a mere 100TB of complimentary pooled storage space. This encompasses OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange. (Note: Archived mailboxes are exempt from this storage limitation).
2. Personal Space Adjustment: Starting February 1, 2024, each user of Office 365 A1 (the current plan for Yuntech) will be restricted to a maximum OneDrive storage capacity of 100GB. Those exceeding the 100GB threshold in their personal space will be unable to upload additional data.
3. Please ensure to download and back up your personal data.
4. Yuntech has renewed its contract for the Office 365 A3 plan this year (2024), and an announcement regarding the usage limitations of OneDrive space will follow in due course.
