Advanced management accounting seminar provides a broad overview of contemporary analytical research in management accounting. Emphasis is placed on using strategic management accounting techniques with the performance measurement and management process. Topics include informing management about operational business metrics; decentralization, planning, and control; and financial and non-financial information for performance measurement.
